🚚 Shipping Policy

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days.

• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional reshipment fees.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, contact info@gritandgrace.buzz within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Sale items, gift cards, and customer-damaged products are non-returnable.
